The pieces are standard size and with the figure standing on the base, the build is 12" tall. I knew I wasn't going to love assembling all the foliage, but the pieces are very good quality, so it wasn't terribly difficult. I built two sets from this brand previously, so I felt confident to buy this one that I knew was going to be more challenging.
The one consistently not-so-great thing with iambrick is some colors in the instructions can be tough to tell apart unless you're using bright direct lighting, and that was especially true of olive and dark tan in this one. They do a good job differentiating between reddish brown and dark brown, but the black outline for the reddish brown pieces is difficult to see against that color, making it hard to identify some pieces and to see where one piece ends and the next begins.
I love the creative designs and interesting stories attached to them, so I'm going to keep looking out for this brand. Aside from needing to tweak the colors in their instructions, I think everything is very good.

Just looking at it is soothing! This isn't your ordinary building block display. With lights off it's a mirror for makeup, with lights on it becomes a hall with abyss mirror effects - so romantic!
